Australian immigration announces changes to the permanent employer-sponsored visa program
The Australian government will create a “fast-tracked” path for temporary skilled 457 visa-holders to permanent residents under the employer-sponsored visa system. Additionally, the current six permanent employer-sponsored immigration visas will be replaced by two new visas.

SkillSelect is an online system that enables skilled workers interested in migrating to Australia to record their details to be considered for a skilled visa through an Expression of Interest (EOI).
