Overseas workers coming over on a H-1B visa might be accepted for a period of 3 years, extendible up to a maximum of six years. Companions and unmarried youngsters under 21 of H-1B visa might look for H-4 non-immigrant grouping for admission to America during the length of the H-1B visa.
