Employers can also co-ordinate with provinces and territories to find eligible candidates through various Canada migration programs, and get their applications processed under express entry Canada 2015.

3. No Occupation Limit

There’s no limit to the number of people who can apply under Canada Express Entry scheme. The candidates are required to have skilled work experience in a National Occupational Code (NOC) and must meet the requirement of any of the three programs:

• Federal Skilled Worker Program
• Federal Skilled Traders Program
• Canadian Experience Class

4. Lesser Processing Time

CIC will select applications from the express entry pool every few weeks and send Invitation to Apply (ITA) to the selected high scoring candidates. Permanent residence for invited candidates will be processed within 6 months or less from the day a complete PR application is received.

That apart, an employer with immediate skill requirement can select an application from the pool and get the same processed for a temporary work permit before PR is processed. The employer has to pay Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) fee.
