Narayen grew up in Hyderabad and studied at the Hyderabad Public School. His mother taught American literature and father owned a plastics company. He became the Chief Operating Officer and President of Adobe Systems in 2005. Shantanu Narayen is also the President of the Adobe Foundation board. He is among the renowned Global Indians in the US, as quoted by the INC 42.
Padmasree Warrior – CTO CISCO:
Padmasree was born in Vijayawada in 1961 and obtained a Chemical Engineering degree from IIT Delhi in 1982. She later immigrated to the US and obtained a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. Warrior was the Chief Technology Officer of Motorola and left the firm in 2007 to become the CTO at CISCO.
