Hillary Clinton could shelter about 1 million Muslim immigrants if elected to power, says study

If Hillary Clinton is elected the President of the United States, she could provide Green Cards to one million Muslim immigrants during her first term itself, as per the information at the disposal of the DHS (Department of Homeland Security).

Earlier, America had provided permanent shelter to 1.5 million migrants by providing them Green Cards between 2001 and 2013. In 2014, 149,000 Muslim migrants were issued Green Cards.

Clinton is reported by Breitbart News as saying that as President, she would allow an additional 65,000 Syrian asylum seekers into the US in a single fiscal year. Clinton could continue her rehabilitating Syrian refugees throughout her first term, theoretically resettling around 856,000.

Other than Muslims, Clinton has plans to welcome more immigrants than her predecessors. According to US Census data, if Hillary Clinton as President manages to pass an immigration expansion bill of Gang of Eight-style,?the world’s largest economy could provide permanent shelter to about 9.4 million migrants throughout the US during her first term alone. In addition, she is also said to have promised amnesty and citizenship to 11 million illegal immigrants who are already in the US.
