Mr. VK Singh, Indian Minister of State for External Affairs, asked all states to take tough action against illegal immigration agents.
Speaking at the first outreach conference on problems related to Consular, Passport, and diaspora problems organised by the Ministry of External affairs jointly with the State Government in Hyderabad on 13 May, he was quoted by Telangana Today as saying that operations of illegal agents were affecting the country.
Susceptible people who were being conned were a real source of concern. Owing to the ‘kafala’ system of employment that exists in some Middle-East countries, the Indian workers were suffering in deplorable conditions and were, therefore, unable to get proper aid. The government is said to have drafted stern rules and even fixed minimum wages for immigrant workers.
He thanked the government of Telangana for allocating land for the construction of Videsh Bhavan, a centre which would deal with the issues related to consular, passport and diaspora. He felt that this would be an important measure for reaching out to Indians working and living abroad and needing help.
If you want to Work Abroad, take the help of Y-Axis, who are among the most trustworthy legal Immigration Agents, to apply for a Work Visa from one of its several offices.
