Countries that Indian tourists can visit visa-free

There are certain countries Indian Tourists can enter without a visa. First among them is its neighbour, Nepal, where Indians can travel without either a visa or a passport. All they need is a photo identity issued by the Indian government. A haven for tourists, it is famous for artifacts and the Himalayan Mountains. Haiti is another Caribbean country where Indians do not need a passport to visit. They can stay here for up to three months without a visa. Popular with American Tourists, this Caribbean island is famous for its carnivals.

Micronesia, a group of islands in the Oceania north of Australia, is a veritable treasure for tourists, which houses temples, ancient ruins, beaches and lagoons. According to The Free Press Journal, being a remote country, it is surrounded by pristine environs. The major attractions here are Kepirohi Waterfall, Nan Madol, and Tamilyog Trails. Indians can stay here for up to 30 days visa-free.

Dominica, a mountainous Caribbean country, allows Indians to stay for a period of up to six months without a visa. The country is renowned for mountains, unique flora and fauna and rain forests. Popular tourist spots here are Boiling Lake, Cabrits National Park, Trafalgar Falls, the Museum of Rum and so on.

Another country close to India is the Maldives, which is becoming fast one of the world’s top getaways. With beaches, water sports and luxurious accommodations, it is becoming a popular honeymoon destination for Indians. Its proximity to Indian is another advantage.

For historic tourists from India, Cambodia is the place to head to. It is home to the world-famous Angkor Wat, one of the largest religious monuments in the world.

The Cook Islands, North West of New Zealand, is another exotic destination that allows Indians without a visa. It is renowned for blue lagoons, water sports and music performances.
