However, there are a few challenges that need to be looked into:

Free courses are provided by public universities

Remember that you need to pay the course fee to study the programs offered by private universities. These course fees are comparatively different from countries like Ireland or the UK. Private universities in Germany are inclined to offer specialized programs also.

Consecutive and non-consecutive Masters study programs

Consecutive programs help you immediately register yourself for after you complete Bachelor’s degree. Whereas non-consecutive study programs usually require the students to own work experience. These non-consecutive programs are paid courses, even at government universities in Germany.

Baden-Württemberg’s public universities charge course fees

Baden-Württemberg is a state in southwest Germany that charges course fees from EU/EEA students. It includes the number of universities in

  • Stuttgart
  • Karlsruhe
  • Mannheim
  • Freiburg
  • Heidelberg and other places.

A few federal states charge fees ranging from 500 to 650 EUR per semester if you choose to register and join a secondary degree study program. You can acquire this degree when you;

  • Enroll yourself in a non-consecutive Master’s program,
  • Enroll yourself in Graduate study programs even though you own a UG degree that specializes in other subjects or streams, or
  • Enroll yourself in a PG/Master’s program even though you possess a PG degree in another stream of study.
