“We’re seeing an emphasis on security and analytics jobs, as systems become more complex,” said Vik Nath, regional recruiting director, Mondo. “Traditional IT departments are shifting to more innovative structures as the market dictates more agile technologies. Specialized IT skill sets are a major focus in 2015, to stay ahead of the game.”
