Telangana boy in JEE Advanced toppers rankings

JEE Advanced Toppers

A Telangana boy has secured the 11th rank in the JEE Advanced CRL- Common Rank List. Meanwhile, 2 students from Andhra Pradesh made it to the top 10 rankings in JEE.

All India 5th rank was secured by Manohar MSK from Vijayawada. Hemant Kumar Chodipilli KVR from Vishakhapatnam secured the 7th rank. Vinayaka Srivardhan Gosula who secured the 11th rank was the topper from Telangana, as quoted by the Times of India.

In JEE Main, Srivardhan had secured the 10th rank. 49th rank was secured by B Suraj Krishna who was the All-India topper in JEE Main.

Manohar said that he had committed few silly errors in the JEE Mains. I maintained the calm this time and thus obtained a positive result, he added. 18,000 plus students had qualified for the JEE Advanced exams.

Studying in JNV – Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya till Class X helped to think independently said Manohar. He also attributed his success to the education system in the JNU.

A total of 1, 55,158 students had appeared for the exam. Out of these, 18, 138 have qualified for entry to the IITs. This is 1.6 times plus the number of seats offered in the IITs.

Sri Chaitanya Group of Educational Institutions Academic Head Sushma Boppana said that the institution has secured 22 ranks out of the top 100 in the category that is unreserved. This includes Chandigarh branch full-time student Pranav Goyal she added.

CRL 7th rank holder Hemant Kumar is also our student said Sushma. We have secured several ranks in the reserved category as well, she added. 4 students from JEE FIIT from AP and Telangana also secured ranks in the top 100 national rankings.
