The latest data by a leading job search site in the US has revealed the top 10 Degrees pursued by top paid US CEOs. Only 6 of the top paid CEOs from each US State studied at the Ivy League. They also studied 10 plus courses amongst them.
Top 10 Degrees pursued by top paid US CEOs are:

- Engineering
- Journalism
- Psychology
- Business
- Economics
- Political Science
- Sciences
- Law
- Media
The report elaborates that irrespective of the passions, individuals can reach the zenith of the corporate ladder. Every top paid US CEO has at least a degree at the Undergraduate level. The subjects that they studied varied as much as their journeys to the top level, as quoted by the Study International.
Predictably, the maximum percentage of the CEOs with 37% pursued degrees in Finance. Meanwhile, 12% of them pursued degrees in Economics. The top paid US CEO Frank Bisignano is now earning 100 million US$ plus annually. He had completed Finance degree at the Janus University. Bisignano is currently the CEO at First Data Corporation.
22% of the top paid US CEOs completed Engineering degree. Several leading firms have requirement of the graduates from this discipline. It includes Transportation, Medical Device, and Energy firms, as quoted by the Study International.
Patricia Collawan is currently the top paid US CEO in New Mexico. She currently owns the energy holding firm PNM Resources. Collawan studied Journalism at the Drake University and her current annual package is 4.4 million US$.
12% of the CEOs studied Social Sciences and 2/3rds of these pursued Political Science.
