The easiest PNP to get Canada PR in 2020 varies from person to person.
The most ideally suited Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) for any immigrant has much to do with the area of expertise of the person applying for the stream.
The PNP was started to encourage immigrants to come and settle in the province and meet the labor shortages in the province.
The PNP gave provinces the right to select immigration candidates who are willing to settle down in a particular province or territory in the country and have the skills and expertise to contribute to the economic development of the province or territory.
Each of the provinces that are part of the PNP has their own tailor-made dedicated streams specifically targeting a particular category of migrants – skilled, high-skilled, investors, or students.
A potential immigrant wishing to apply for PR through the PNP has to basically find the province that offers the right stream that fits his qualifications or work experience. The skills and experience will also have to meet the needs of the local labor market. If this is a correct fit, then applying through that particular PNP will lead to getting a PR visa. The provinces and territories taking part in PNP have 80 nomination streams between them.
9 provinces and 2 territories in Canada are part of the PNP.

Nunavut does not have any system of provincial nomination.
Quebec, on the other hand, is the only province in Canada that is not a part of the PNP. In keeping with a separate agreement with the federal government in Canada, Quebec has its own program for inducting immigrants to the province – Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP).
Some of the PNPs are linked to the Express Entry system. Provinces with such PNPs can nominate a certain number of candidates under the Express Entry system in order to meet their local employment requirements.
Candidates in the Express Entry pool who obtain the PNP nomination from a province are awarded 600 points under the Comprehensive Ranking System, out of a possible total of 1,200.
With these additional points, there is almost a guarantee of your profile getting an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the next draw from the Express Entry Pool.
Provinces and territories can add any additional criteria for their own immigration streams.
Depending on the province, candidates eligible to join the Express Entry pool can either join the pool first, then be nominated by a province or territory, or be nominated by a province or territory before completing an online Express Entry profile and entering the Express Entry pool.

The PNP has indeed come a long way. Admitting a mere 233 in 1996 which was the first year of the program being operational, the admissions target for 2021 is set at the 80,800 mark.
From 2021 to 2023, Canada could be welcoming more than 240,000 new permanent residents through the PNP alone.
Easiest PNP for Canada PR
This is a misnomer because the easiest PNP is subjective, it depends on how well the applicant’s skills and qualifications meet the requirements of the province. a lot depends on the individual situation of the applicant.
Suppose the applicant does not have a job offer, then he can choose the following PNP streams:
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) Human Capital Priorities stream has three Express Entry-linked categories and the candidate is required to have an active Express Entry profile and work experience if he wants to apply under this stream.
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is another option. Under this Saskatchewan’s International Skilled Worker Category has two active streams that do not require job offers. The first is the Saskatchewan Express Entry-linked stream, which requires the applicant to have an active profile in the federal Express Entry system in order to apply.
The second option is the Saskatchewan Occupation In-Demand stream, which does not have this requirement. To qualify for this stream, the applicant must have at least one year of work experience in one of the positions featured in the In-Demand Occupations List of Saskatchewan.
For tech workers PNP streams like the Ontario Human Capital Priority Stream or the Tech Pilot stream offered by British Columbia (BC) are options to consider. The Ontario Human Capital Priority Stream targets individuals who have work experience in any one of six designated technology occupations.
The BC Tech Pilot program requires candidates to have a job offer in any one of the 29 designated technology occupations to make an application.
Individuals who have studied or have work experience in a particular province or territory can find it easy to get a PNP nomination. This is particularly true for the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas streams offered by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.
Applicants who can speak French have better chances of getting a PNP nomination if they apply under the Ontario PNP’s Express Entry-linked French-Speaking Skilled Worker program.
The easiest PNP to get a PR visa depends on the immigrant’s skills and experience. He has to choose the right stream based on his skills and experience to succeed.
